Fixit offers an intuitive, multilingual platform for easy complaint registration, utilizing automated categorization. A transparent tracking system provides real-time updates and anonymous complaint submission. Leveraging Blockchain for added security, it also features a Twitter bot for efficient complaint handling, a mediation platform, and a competency leaderboard to motivate businesses. Additionally, a public awareness component educates consumers about their rights and industry-specific issues.
